While working for the newspaper, Mennonite World Review, I redesigned and built a new website featuring digital subscriptions using a sort of paywall.
Mashita — food truck
I built this website for a client in Harrisonburg, Va., who was opening a Korean food truck.
January at iMedia was spent in various international locations. My team headed to Boruca, Costa Rica where we gathered content and built a website about the indigenous tribe from the ground up. My role as writer involved interviewing villagers, compiling stories and writing all the copy for the site. I even coded a page or two.
Parents of Children with ADHD
For my master's capstone project, I built a site for a support group in Greensboro, N.C. The group is connected with an ADHD Clinic and its director is a leading expert in the field. The site is meant to serve as a resource for parents everywhere who have children with ADHD.
Center for Restorative Programs
I redesigned the website for a nonprofit in south-central Colorado that provides training and programming for communities to assist with conflict-solving (anti-bullying, peer mediation, VORP).
